This past December I visited a new attraction in Houston called Magical Winter Lights Festival. This festival is a light show where designers from China represented the most significant and outstanding architectural compositions from around the world in the form of light structures consisting of traditional Chinese lanterns. The work of the festival lasted for 52 days. During this time guests had an opportunity to visit seven thematic areas of the festival: Magical, Europe, America, Asia, Australia, Africa and Dinosaur Land. I don't know what was the logic behind putting Dinosaurs next to the Egyptian Sphinx, but who am I to judge! Without leaving the United States or even their native city, residents and visitors of Houston could enjoy the beauty of the Eiffel Tower from Paris, St. Basil's Cathedral from Moscow, travel back in time and visit the era of dinosaurs or even find themselves in a world of magic and sorcery. Magical winter lights festival made all of this a reality!
Magical Winter Lights Festival is a great place to visit with your family and friends during a weekend or after a hard day at work. This festival will bring a sense of celebration and magic to all, from a child to an adult. If you did not have time this year to visit the Magical Winter Lights, then I strongly recommend you do it next year. Seriously, people... This festival is open for 52 days! Find time in your schedule to visit this festival and I promise you will not regret this decision.
